Larimar is a form of blue Pectolite, a sodium calcium silicate mineral. It displays dramatic patterns of blue, blue-green and white. It is found in only one place, on the island of the Hispaniola, in the Caribbean Sea. Larimar tumbled stones are said to be wonderful for clear communication.
